There are many different strategies to alter biomes with. The Four catagories these are put under are climate, landscape, plants and soil. In Madagascar the Magor biomes are savannah, desert, tropical rainforests and mountain ecosystems.
Reclaim land would help Madagascar by reclaiming some damaged land and that could then be use to plant crops. The more area Madagascar can hve for growing crops the better. If the soil is damaged, locals could use other biome alteration techniques to cleans the soil so it is firtile to be able to grow the crops needed.
Green houses can also be used for the smae sort of reason as reclaiming land. Multi-story greenhouses provide a safe shelter for plants to grow in and not have the threat of pests. This would give the locals more fresh fruit an veg to eat rather that just all the feild crops they grow.
Hericides and Pesticides can be used on feild crops and other plants to protect them from harm. Many pests live in madagascar and they are not helping with the still evergrowing population that needs feeding. Using pesticides an herbicides will help grow more crops for people to eat.
These strategies can help Madagascar in may ways, feeding the poor, fedig livestock (leading to moe food) and feedign the many starving children who live in this country. If we give them the help they need we can provide them with facilities that can help with their manyfood security issues and give these people a brighter future.
